He had promised to deliver on or before the 17th of Feb but he ended up delivering on the 21st. However, he consented that if he doesn’t deliver on the agreed date, I can start a return for a refund but he never made a full refund. Not sure of eBay’s text policies-would have attached the conversation between me and the seller and of course seller used two accounts!!

The eye glasses were shipped in a plastic bag and the soft box the glasses came in was crushed. I told the seller again I wanted a refund. They told me they will send a new box. I can't even return the item because my request for a refund is still open.
