Opened but never used it said - weird how it can be so many charge cycles on something "never used" - weird how it was locked to another Apple account when it was unused?? Anyway, I decided that I should return for a full refund - what a problem that turned out to be - long story short - no refund materialized - eBay asked to step in - refund issued by them immediately. Deserves a NEGATIVE feedback really!
