The shoes were packed in a shoe box with tissue wrapped around each shoe. The merchant stated the shoes had minor grass stains but other than that the shoes were in good shape. The order was promptly received from USPS using Ground Advantage. I was hesitant to order from this merchant due to the no return policy but everything worked out. Typically a no return policy raises a red flag for me and can require hours of work for a problem.

The cushioning is 1/2 worn, which I can tell only because I had previously bought new ones. I am very pleased to have a second pair (I already had the tan ones and could not have afforded these in another color).
