I message seller about a concern about one of the boots feeling a little more loose than the other one. Thinking they might exchange them. But the seller insisted on giving me a full refund without me asking for a refund. That says a lot about the company that they really care about the customer being happy with their order. The boots are really nice that was the only issue I had with one of them being a little loose.
