Very poor packaging. Almost zero response to communications. eBay had to step in to arrange return and then seller sent a 1Kg label for a 25Kg item. Seller wouldn’t use the eBay return system. Arranged collection but set it up to look like a delivery and thus thwarted the eBay return system and refund costing me hours of wasted time on the phone to eBay. Total disaster seller.

Hadn't realised how bad my old one had got until laying on this new one. Well packaged and protected. Delivered within 48 hours of ordering (would have been 24 hours but I was slow paying). Courier provided regular updates. Amazing service, product just as described. Seller very friendly and helpful, I've saved his eBay shop to follow as has some great items available. Highly recommend.
