The seller printed a label and marked it as shipped right away. However, it took almost a week to actually reach the post office. That's my only gripe. If you mark an item as shipped, you should actually ship it. In my opinion, the eBay system should not allow you to mark an item as shipped as soon as a label is printed from the seller's dashboard. Everything else was good and as described.

And took 10 days to get to me. This is why I gave them 4 stars out of 5. Otherwise, great vendor with unique, good quality parts for older vehicles. 1999 ML320 glove box cover. Perfect fit.
