First time we tried this I got the wrong part and took a little time to get a response from the seller about wrong shipment, but he replied that he was very busy and couldn't reply as quickly as he wanted to (it was only a couple of days later so no big deal.) He instructed on refund and all good with that. Next time right part came. Still I think that my 2nd shipping should have been free as I already paid it once (eBay fix this!)

They have always been willing to combine orders to save on shipping costs and given the fragile nature of some of these older Atari ST disks, the packaging is PERFECT. The packaging is very well done...each and every time. Have ordered from this vendor multiple time and will continue to do so as long as they stay in the Atari ST business!
