I checked multiple sites to ensure this was the correct one, but shortly after the order, I read details on the manufactures website that this was the wrong hitch for this 2025 model and trim and another one should be used. I tried to contact the vendor, but it already shipped. Once received I started the return process and it was shipped back for a full refund at no cost. I'm very happy with this seller and will use them in the future.

Called Rough country and they’re sending a new one. Customer support was helpful when I got 1 or 2 packages and 1 being the filter bag. They informed me there was a box with the rest and they’re sending weren’t sure why the bag was sent separately.

The box is very light weight material and does not hold up to the abuse during shipping. Had to order it twice and both times received it severally damaged. The seller did stand behind the sale though, and promptly sent return labels and issued the refund quickly.
