Even with the damaged door, I’m still exceedingly happy with the resolution they offered. I have no doubt the door was as described and depicted when it left the seller facility. My only criticism is the packaging of the door itself; rigid structure around the corners might have prevented the damage. With all that I still got a solid door, at a good price.
