Had to "clean printhead" twice, then took off the tiny sticker on the back of the printhead (which did not cover any contacts), after which the print was OK. Still not satisfied, as print cartridges keep getting loose and you do not hear the characteristic click when you push them in, even if you do it with some force. I had to push them in several times until it looked like they were set in place.

It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. No communication whatsoever with multiple attempts.

I was sent a link to a video that still didn't show me how to do it correctly. I had to find the correct instructions on my own. Just an inconvenience I hope the seller fixes for future buyers. The ink works as it is suppose to though. Just be prepared you might have to figure it out on your own.
