First the Harddisk would not detect, then the camera would not work. Strugged with ot and called external help. It is a power supply issue, which could not support the load of system plus the cameras. Got a new power supply in the end. Though the supplier was co operative, but had to find my own solution. Good price though.

What I like about this unit is its compactness, similar operating procedures to the earlier unit, quieter running, and improved software, which makes it much more responsive and easier to search, etc.

All original items were in the box, leaflets, stickers the lot. Box didn’t even appear to be damaged though it had been opened perhaps only to put the sellers dispatch note in. Price was excellent compared with Swanns own website and other “traditional” sellers. Would use again definitely.
