The item wasn't insulated and only gap filler was placed above it so the item itself was right up against the packaging. The package appears to have taken a hit in transit that resulted in a dent on the box of the item. Was the figure damaged? No it's fine, but I had planned to display the box so a dent was very disheartening. Purchased them at a great price. Unfortunately, there was delay in delivery apparently caused by the postal service. I reached out to the seller and he immediately offered to assist in tracking down the package. Eventually the card was delivered to me soon after. She is adorable — although I was blissfully unaware that she came with extra limbs (which is creepy to me). There was definitely care in packaging, and Seller went above & beyond by shipping UPS. I am going to wait for my tiny visitors before I open the window-box. The attention to detail in the figure is impressive, proof of high quality. I look forward to buying from Seller again. A very good value.
