Please note that this item was sold as "New in Box," and our pre-shipment inspection confirmed the pristine condition. The photographs provided subsequently indicated the shoes had been used and were no longer in the original condition. Despite this, and in our commitment to providing excellent customer service, we offered a goodwill credit of 40% off the item's purchase price.
