When ordered, I paid extra for Royal Mail delivery, but the dispatch note showed Evri. After contacting the seller, it was quickly changed to Royal Mail & then later to DPD. Phone calls from the seller kept me updated. The wheeled holdall was as described & looked good quality. I took it on holiday & it has performed well. It looks good for many more holidays.
