Unlike some companies RLO Tech seem to care about their products and customers. They sent the mesh net food cover in firm paper packaging and it was straight when it arrived - unlike some other companies who crammed theirs into a one use plastic bag and had to bend it to make it fit, rendering it useless! Thank you

EVRIdelivered to wrong address despite us being in but sent photos of wrong address. My neighbours were not helpful. Contacted seller who got more info about delivery. Eventually next door came round with package, all medical students who ignored the package as it wasnt for them. Seller was very helpful.
