Yes, this was a mistake in shipping the wrong product, that I would have accommodated with a full refund (my first in 12+ years of selling online). If the contact seller link did not work, I would have advised the buyer to contact eBay directly, in order to allow me to take the appropriate steps to make this right, as opposed to leaving a review after the fact. Communication solves all problems.
