There was a small hiccup with the order, and they were super proactive with communication; getting in touch right away with a perfect solution. The thick envelope and card pro sleeve to make sure it wasn't bent is the Pinnacle of care. As good as described if not better! Great value considering the extra padding it had to keep it safe. And the addition sleeve is such a nice touch! Thanks so much for taking such care!!! A+++++ seller!
