The laptop had a small problem and I was offered a full refund and return, but I was able to make it work. It's a used item after all, it happens. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Very fair, helpful and the response was super prompt!

Seller did not respond after I bought it. This was packaged well , but after replaced everything it wasn’t as good of a value as I thought I getting.
