I had to buy a new capsule from a different vendor just to get a new capsule in time for birthday. Tried contacting APMEX 3 times asking if they would just reimburse me the cost of the replacement capsule. Finally on the 4th attempt, I told them they left me no choice but to leave a bad review. They ended up sending me a replacement capsule…too late, and no reimbursement.
