It was in excellent/nearly new condition. At the moment everything appears to be working as it should, including the remote. The book was however only protected with a cardboard piece without bubble wrap padding and a few crumbled newspapers within the shipped cardboard box, which could have resulted in damage to the book during transit (it did not in this instance).
