Based on weight, hard to justify cost of shipping. - Item was NOT as listed however, seller did say return them, then blocked all communication as if I did something wrong. Too afraid I would not get credited. - Very Poor value and experience overall due to condition. Buyer did ask to return the item, which I very politely replied that they were more than welcome to return them through eBay returns, Buyer then decided to post negative feedback INSTEAD of returning the item.....buyer apparently wanted to KEEP the item AND receive a full refund!!
