Seller sent an offer on this lot, negotiated with him on other lots he selling try to buy more. We didn't come to agreement on other lots so I decided to accept the sent offer on this lot but seller said he never sent offer, claimed something wrong with eBay and told me he won't honor the offer. This is done without my authorization. In fact I am not even aware these offers have been sent out. Every other time, I have consummated the sale. In this case the buyer changed his mind 5 times...had me relist a Lot 2 times.... reneged on an offer he had made...and was an overall PITA to deal with. He has been banned from my store. Good Riddance!
