Includes hands and feet and its easy to put in. it is very flexible and stands fine without stands, just got to get it right. The only issue I have which isnt a big deal, is the legs needs more joint articulation in some areas but its still close to perfect but it helps the legs look more straight and normal from the side view otherwise it look like its squatting down a bit too far
