I was nervous about the delivery being with a long-haul carrier and not FedEx or UPs, however; Estes was great. Shipping time was on schedule and delivery was ahead of schedule. The seller answered my questions promptly and the shipping company was proactive with updates. Last, this chair was a very good value. The price was a couple hundred dollars less than anywhere else. I started getting nervous because I couldn’t get shipping info not a FedEx number that came up with a label only and then 6 days later it appeared on my front porch…..it’s exceeded my expectations and now that this is my 3rd great experience with this Seller, I highly recommend them.
