The cards work out of the box and I get 10gbps speeds no issues. Working in two desktops and my synology nas. The cage and backplane were in new like condition. There was a slight issue with the cable to connect the backplane to the perc but I reached out to them with a picture of the issue and they were more than willing to correct the issue. They were quick to respond to my messages despite the time difference. They care about ensuring their customers are happy and I would highly recommend them.
