He stated I should clean out the burner with a screwdriver then it would be ok if he sent a new glass which he did. But we are left with a wax burner that looks secondhand. a very arrogent & unpleasent person to deal with.

The outside of the main box was well covered in tape stating ‘Fragile’. Very happy, transaction smooth, delivery quick and all well packaged. Would definitely recommend seller. Very good experience especially as they were breakable items. One happy customer.
