The packaging was perfect and the laptop was as it was described. Price value is good.

However, this may have been due to transit as the delivery company left the box damaged in the communal area of my flats. However, I cannot fault the service of the seller - they replied almost immediately when I messaged them about it and gave me two options to rectify the situation - both of which I was happy with. I would buy from them again.
