Got the response that yes, you will receive same banknote as that's the only one in stock. I bought it and after waiting for a day got the response that they can't find that banknote so gave me the option to buy similar one which of course I wasn't interested as I am Prefix wise collector. They refunded my payment in the end!

Seller does state that prefix or serial number may vary, but I had bought other replacement notes from him which only varied by serial number not prefix. But price was ok, so it turned out a good deal instead of a great deal.
