Neutral instead of negative because at least the refund process was quick once I accepted there was no way to reason with the seller. To this day, the item's listing continues to state that it will ship to my country, they just jacked up the price of the item by a lot. So: beware of misinformation.

I think the scratch impacted the amount of RAM I was able to use, but the seller was VERY responsive and issued me a refund FAST for an amount we agreed on where I would keep the processor since tariffs and shipping would be expensive for both of us. I would do business with this seller again - GREAT customer service. Much appreciated and thank you!
