I ordered the UltraOptix Pop-Light (2.5X) magnifier, but again got the unusable Carson 5X Lumi Pop LP-66. I asked Ebay, or tried to, to make another try at sending the UltraOptix which I ordered. Once again, I am willing to absorb the nearly hundred dollarcost. I am noting positive, so I can send this complaint. It has been far longer than seven days that I ordered the item.

Upon inspection, the seller did a fine job packing and 100% of the fault fell on the delivery agent. I felt bad. I sent the seller some pictures. He was professional, courteous and resolved the issue for me without any trouble. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller. A+. Excellent communication.
