Seller was extremely fast at responding and arranging for a new one to be delivered the next day and the 1st one to be collected. Very happy with the customer service. The ottoman is lovely and a great price for how well made and heavy it is. Fabric shown in my photos is Naples fabric in cream. I contacted the seller to ask if I could exchange due to me working close by and they were happy to accommodate this. I turned up gave them the puffy picked the color in person and 20 mins later I had a new puffy to the color I picked. The quality is great! New condition. Very Good price. Very friendly and helpful service. Excellent seller. I will be happy to buy again from you. Thanks so much! 🌟
