The trouble with some of the older dolls is that the plastic windows sometimes become brittle or become yellow. It must be the way the plastic is made. I tried to pack the dolls as safely as possible and did not notice any problem when it shipped. Please try some clear tape. That had worked in the past to make it look perfect again.
