Customer service responded immediately and shipped not just a 150 replacements, but an entire bag of 1000, and it got here FAST. THIS is a great example of exceeding customer expectations. THIS is a great example of emulating the "GOLD STANDARD" of customer experience. They now have a "customer for life". THANK YOU SO MUCH! RECOMMENDED VENDOR!!! A+++++

Very few unusable or deformed which indicates that the product has been handled with care. I highly recommend getting separated halves as you will have to spend lots of time taking them apart prior to filling them if you choose pre-assembled capsules. Ask me how I know?

The fist faucet was lost for a time so the seller sent a second right away, I was thankful for that as well. However, when both faucets eventually arrived I contacted the seller right away and followed up again when the seller didn’t respond. Seller would not negotiate at least a savings that they would have had to pay for me to return it. Seller wouldn’t negotiate and didn’t seem to read my messages thoroughly.
