I emailed, they emailed back within a day or less. They were polite, professional and personable. After receiving the bike, I called the shop and was able to speak directly to the handler. Dan was a class act in the whole process. I purchased the bike two days prior to a sale that had yet to be offered; yet, Dan told me, offered the sale price to me before it was published.
