However, the tracking showed it was sent to a different address—not mine. I informed the seller immediately, and he said he would look into it. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times, but he stopped responding. I never received the item and my money is gone. Very disappointing experience

I contacted the seller; and they offered to have me schedule a return through Ebay. In researching the product, it seems that this may be a product created by Aussie (Instant Volume), to replace Aussome Volume. I decided to keep the product, and give it a try. The seller was very helpful, and very quick to reply to my message. Shipping was, also, very punctual.

However, I wish e-bay Sellers would notify when they are using Amazon packing and shipping instead of the individual seller. For many reasons I will now research any buys as to who the shipper will be because amazon is not on my list.
