Shipping was scary and not the company I would want to use as a shipper. Confusion and worry set in but the seller stepped up and allowed me to keep the item even after a full refund was issued back to me. Top seller that I will readily use in the future if needed.

I asked the shipper about it and was told it was delivered. It actually delivered a couple days later. I'm assuming he just got it confused with a similar product I ordered around the same time. So I will give 3 stars for communication instead of 5. I would still buy from him again, though.
