It comes in a simple cardboard box that you’d get if you bought some cheap designer, and the inner box comes out every time I take the fragrance out. There should be an option for normal shipping instead of express, as this increased the cost by about $35 AUD.

I told them the situation & they investigated and saw i was telling the truth. They then sent a replacement right away free of charge and it arrived quickly! The seller was quick to respond & help me out with this issue and that made me really happy. Excellent customer service & very understanding as well i will most definitely be coming back to buy more goods!
