Similar vibe when I asked questions about the item (sort of a "Umm - that's what I said" kind of feeling". So - don't expect super friendly, but DO expect , perfectly kept item and impeccable care in wrapping and shipping. USPS delivered on 12/14. USPS has become a failed operation. Tracking updates continue to be at a “snail’s pace” and assistance is non-existent. The pathetic deliver time speaks for itself.
