However, when delivering orders of this cost one should send said item by registered mail. The post office has been losing a great deal of packages sent by regular or priority mail. Seller didn't respond to my inquiries as to where the stamps were weeks after I ordered them. No tracking info. They finally arrived more than THREE WEEKS after I ordered them. Almost one hundred dollars worth of stamps were put between two pieces of carboard and stapled together and mailed. Zero glassine envelopes to protect them. I then received an email from eBay saying the seller was canceling the purchase, but I have not received a refund. eBay says the issue is ‘’an issue with the refund’.
