The diamonds are beautifully set and the onyx centerpiece is polished to a high shine. It was shipped vey shortly after I ordered it (via the GIA for authentication) and arrived in time for a special night out. Also, customer service is very responsive. I had originally asked for an appraisal to be sent along with the pendant, which GIA apparently forgot to include. The seller emailed it to me as soon as I asked. I couldn’t be happier.
