This Maamoul Oud Al Oud by Abdul Samad Al Qurashi was not a great buy but the seller was understanding acted professionally to refund me back. There for I recommend that buyers should always know a genuine Oud smell from a cheap Oud. Shop wisely and don't always be attracted by the description of the products.

Just the look of the bottle is worth the price. Fedex information was provided on time. I had a question for seller. He responded quickly and was so professional and focused on customer service. Great seller. Great communication. Great delivery timings. Everything was perfect . Buy from this seller, You won't be disappointed.

I told them the situation & they investigated and saw i was telling the truth. They then sent a replacement right away free of charge and it arrived quickly! The seller was quick to respond & help me out with this issue and that made me really happy. Excellent customer service & very understanding as well i will most definitely be coming back to buy more goods!
