Through an error that could happen to anyone, the wrong product was inadvertently sent to me. They quickly resolved the issue, and were so kind in their correspondence. They suggested I give the incorrect item to a friend or, even better, to a charity shop. I really appreciate the human touch, and would happily deal with these people again.
