It looks fine, but all I can assume is that the card was from a bad batch or run without cooling for too long in a previous life and something broke. The seller provided a refund nearly immediately though once proof was provided of the IO errors during the return process. Very nice to work with. Will likely shop again.

There was a slight issue with the cable to connect the backplane to the perc but I reached out to them with a picture of the issue and they were more than willing to correct the issue. They were quick to respond to my messages despite the time difference.
