    Seller not recommended. Very poor experience on all counts, slow to deliver, poorly packaged, item not as described... Overall poor value for money. Customer service some of the worst I've ever experienced on ebay. Definately buy from someone else as if there is any issue with your item, they will not be accountable, will tell you it will be resolved within 28 days, then block your comms after issue raised which has forced my hand to leave negative feedback. Given up trying to resolve.

    Your Free Delivery was delayed by one day due to Parcelforce sending the parcel to the wrong depot. At no point were we made aware of any issues such as poor packaging, the item not being as described, or poor value for money. It is not acceptable to demand a partial refund for items that have no faults. We have already offered for you to return the items for a full refund if you are unhappy with your purchase.Finally, my team will not engage with aggressive or disrespectful behaviour.

    Arrived in perfect condition and the quality of the Gonks is excellent, and beautifully made, and great value, as described by the seller, the postage cost was perfect, well packaged, and looks great and I'm very satisfied with the Gonks, I would recommend this seller to anyone who wants anything of great quality and well priced.

    Item was well packaged an received in great condition and very quickly. Its not often that you receive an item that doesn't match the description and that is a good thing :) I was slightly concerned buying a helmet with defects but I really couldn't see anything wrong with it...nor could my son...so great value. In all a really positive experience and will be looking to buy from the seller again.
