    Exceptionally great seller! He responded immediately to all my emails, often within minutes to an hour. Very warm and friendly. I asked if he knew how to get the Robo Grip pliers that I ended up buying from him, in the “lock“ position; he actually researched it, tried it on a another pair he has in stock, emailed me how to do it, and showed me a photo of his hand doing it. He shipped them IMMEDIATELY, and packed them incredibly safely with obvious care.
