Despite this, unfortunately the Blu-ray case was partly broken (I don't blame the seller for this, it could've been like that without their knowledge when it was sent because you couldn't tell until I unwrapped the shrink wrap). I contacted the seller and communication was fast and friendly. I was offered a partial refund for this, which was very much appreciated. Thank you!
