Very friendly team running this store along with their stellar customer service. The box and shipping time was great and came in amazing condition. I had a breakage inside the box of one of the runners and was going to contact Bandai for assistance and not only did they offer to contact Bandai but they had the runner I needed and is sending it to me free of cost (and I was ready to pay them for the runner regardless). Definitely the best!
