The “Call of Duty” franchise has long been regarded as some of the best first person shooter (FPS) video games. “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3” for the Wii is no exception, and it gives you the same campaigns that are available on other consoles, along with the same multiplayer functionality and some of the same Special Ops content. Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) continues the story from the other “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare” games. Russia and the United States are at war, and Russian villain Vladimir Makarov is trying to take control of Europe and start a nuclear conflict. You, the player, assume the role of an ex-Spetsnaz agent named Yuri as you seek to foil the villain’s plot in the single player campaign mode. You also have the option of playing with pointer controls or the classic controller. Activision has taken the online multiplayer platform from the Xbox 360 and integrated it into the Wii version of the “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3” game. This means that you are able to play with people from around the globe in all-out warfare in multiplayer mode. If you use a headset, you can talk to those playing with you, making your gaming experience that much more unique each time you play. However, if you want to play with a friend, you need to exchange friend codes because of Nintendo Wii’s friend system. In "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3,” you also play in the brand new Special Ops Survival Mode; however, it does not offer split screen play, so you can’t play with a friend at home. Activision did not port the Special Ops Mission Modes that are available in other consoles, but the survival, multiplayer, and campaigns still give you hours of gameplay. The Nintendo Wii’s version of “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3” was released in 2011. It gives you the ability to engage your enemies in New York, Paris, and Berlin, among other attack sites around the world. You have many options to choose from when it comes to weapons in MW3, just as you do in the other Call of Duty games, and with each advancement in levels, you can unlock more. This action-packed game gives you hours of fun. It works with the Ninte0ndo Wii Remote or the Wii Zapper for enhanced realism and realistic aiming. If you are on the search for a good FP0S, then look no more. The Nintendo Wii version of MW3 allows you to explore 15 new, well-designed maps. You earn money based upon your performance that you use to purchase new and better weaponry, ammo, explosives, and support bundles. It allows you to share videos of your gameplay with the community as well.
