    The quality of the product shipped appeared to be accurate - the condition of the package was excellent - value of the purchase offered was compelling - appearance was clean and looked new though listed as new The seller was very prompt in shipping - unfortunately the product did not work as intended - when the seller was contacted - they facilitated a smooth transaction in refunding the product after providing a label to ship back to them at their cost Would definitely recommend this seller

    Got some wrong item sent but I get partial refund. Great communication. Item arrived as scheduled, package could be better (all memory sticks were just stacked on each other and bubble wrapped) I would prefer to receive each stick in separate static bag or some kind of holder. Anyway al appears to be in great shape at its value.
