    Item was packaged really well and shipped fast. Unfortunately, the receiver was not drawing power over PoE and appeared to be broken/damaged. Messaged seller right away and they responded immediately. Walked me thru some tech support and I sent photos of the non responsive unit. They refunded immediately and when I asked about not receiving a return label, asked me to dispose of the unit as it was defective. Reputable seller and quick to act. Will def look to do biz in the future!!
